ORDER CANCELLATION
For in-stock items, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order to qualify for a refund. After this period, your order may have already been processed and shipped, making it impossible to reroute.
For pre-order items, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. This policy allows us to manage our production cycle effectively and ensure timely delivery for all customers.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
RETURN POLICY
Please contact Kristie Reeves Art before returning any items.
We accept returns for products that are still in their original condition. If the product is ruined or used, the product shall not be refunded.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received by us within 21 days to qualify for a refund. Returns outside of this time frame will not be eligible for consideration. If your item is deemed faulty, we will cover the return postage cost. For all other returns, postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued for the item cost minus any customs charges and the original shipping cost. Please note that all customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the package is refused and returned to us, we will cover the customs charges, but they will be deducted from your refund.

SALE ITEMS
Please note that sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if you received them in a defective or damaged condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please message us through our contact form.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, please email us for the return address. Depending on your location, we can provide a shipping address either in the US or EU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.
We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will make a refund of eligible returns, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Kristie Reeves Art charges a small restocking fee for any items returned to us.
FREIGHT FORWARDERS
Our shipping coverage and responsibility extend only to the delivery address provided on your order. If you choose to use a freight forwarder or any service that facilitates cross-border trade, please note that it is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or mishandled after they have been successfully delivered to the initial delivery address. For any issues beyond this point, we recommend reaching out directly to your freight forwarder or service provider.
