Shipping Charges

Free Worldwide shipping is included for all Original Art and Practice Paintings. Some exceptions (such as island surcharge) may apply. 

For all of our Fine Art Prints, shipping charges are automatically calculated during the check-out process.

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, or any additional fees imposed by customs in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your location.

 

Shipping & Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling and processing your order. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, but during the holiday season, it may take longer.

Kindly note that shipping times are determined by the carrier and may vary depending on their schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

 

Shipping Details

We ship worldwide with full tracking to ensure your package arrives safely. 

Please note that some deliveries may require a signature and cannot be sent to PO BOX addresses—we want to make sure your items arrive securely. When placing your order, be sure to include your telephone number with your address; this helps our courier service to contact you if needed for a smooth delivery experience.

Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your parcel’s journey. We’re excited to deliver your goodies to you!

 

Customs, Duties, and Insurance

All Original Art as well as Practice Paintings are currently shipped from the UK.

All Fine Art Prints are shipped from our fulfillment centers in the USA as well as the UK & Germany. For delivery addresses outside the USA, UK & EU, fulfillment will automatically be routed based on the shipping destination.

Depending on the destination, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location. Collectors are responsible for any taxes, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

If you would like to insure your order, please contact us after placing your order. Insurance is not included by default but can be arranged upon request for added peace of mind.

Rest assured, all orders come with full tracking, so you can monitor your package every step of the way once it has been dispatched.

 

Damaged or lost items

If your package is lost in transit or if you’ve received a damaged item, please contact me via email at online-shop@kristiereeves.com or the contact form within 48 hours. We will either ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a refund.

NOTE: For any damaged items, you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
